Satin placket label is a textile label made using satin weaving method, presenting a delicate and glossy surface with a smooth touch. This type of trademark is commonly used for high-end clothing, household items, or gift packaging, highlighting the brand's texture through special craftsmanship.

The common materials for satin placket labels include silk, polyester, and blended fibers. Silk satin has a high cost and is often used for washing labels on the inside of luxury brand clothing. It has a natural luster and breathability, but its wear resistance is weak; Polyester material has outstanding cost-effectiveness and is widely used in sports clothing tags. Post finishing includes anti-static treatment and hot pressing shaping, using satin labels soaked in silicone softener to prevent creases when folded.

Attention should be paid to the dual presentation of visual and tactile senses in specific applications. Clothing trademarks often use double-sided satin, with gloss on both sides, suitable for hanging tag design. Luggage products prefer single-sided satin, with a plain weave on the bottom to increase friction coefficient and prevent labels from shifting during transportation. Special occasions such as wedding supplies will incorporate gold and silver silk thread weaving, combined with laser cutting technology to produce irregular trademarks.

Maintenance directly affects the service life. The silk satin trademark should be protected from direct sunlight and stored with moisture-proof agents; Chemical fiber materials can be hand washed with neutral detergent, and the water temperature should not exceed 40 ℃. When there is a snagging phenomenon, immediately use a fine needle to pick the loose part back to the back of the fabric to prevent the damage from expanding. In industrial washing scenarios, it is recommended to use mesh bags to separately package satin trademarks to avoid friction with other metal accessories.
